I have the same problem with no access available for this and I paid for it. I’ve spent actually hours on the phone being transferred from one place to another and the last (very rude) answer I got was that I hadn’t “paid for it” although I watched all the discs from my PC on the 16th, the day of purchase. Why I’m now not able to access the course baffles me. I was able to download the questionaire sheet (how could I do this if I didn’t “pay for it??). This is day 6. [email protected] either doesn’t answer or passes the buck after a brief, rude gathering of information. Lastly I need to say that I contacted PayPal and have my receipt of payment to you. How could I get this if I didn’t pay? I was told by support that PayPal never forwarded your payment to you. I lodged a formal complaint and this is under investigation. I was going to buy your coaching but after this I won’t.
Hi Petra. I looked into this and it turns out you never bought the program. Further proof is the fact that you have a Paypal receipt and we don’t offer Paypal as a way to pay for it. You might look at your receipt and see what you actually bought.

I think the advertising for The Secret Mirror is unclear. I was under the impression that I was buyng a book, so have been waiting for it to arrive. When I enquired I was told I hadn’t paid for it, yet I have been charged for it and recieved a confirmation email from the organization saying congratualations for ordering etc…
I would like a refund please as an online program is not what I wanted. I even recieved a phone call from the US the next day after ordering (I live in NZ) pressuring me into buying extra. I consider this hardselling. Lacks integrity. I am disappointed.
