Attracting Patrick Dempsey's Sports Car

Actor Patrick Dempsey loves sports cars but not the Porsche so much as the Panoz. I know because I just attracted his custom made exotic car, and it ain’t what you think.

If you’ve been following my career, you know over the last few years I’ve been attracting a car collection. Not a collection on the scale of Jay Leno or Jerry Seinfeld, but good enough to get into magazines such as Heavy Hitters and Austin Fit, and on TV shows like Discovery Channel’s upcoming new one on Super Cars.

The other thing you may or may not know is that I rarely go seeking these cars. They come to me. I’m just alert enough to seize the moment when the car is there. I say “Yes!” to them.

And that is a secret to how the Law of Attraction works.

For example,  I knew Patrick Dempsey (of TV’s Grey’s Anatomy and many movies, such as Freedom Writers) had a Panoz exotic sports car because I’ve been to the Panoz factory, met the Panoz family, and heard his story. I also own Francine, a 2005 Panoz Esperante GTLM, a fiery redhead of a car.

joe-w-francine.jpg

Dempsey’s car was custom built for him in 2002, with every street-rocket perk you could install at the time. He’s a race car fan and driver, and knows what he wants in a barely street-legal exotic car. Panoz listened and built what he wanted. The result is a one-of-a-kind car. It’s a supercharged V8 with 420 HP. Like my own Francine, it’s an Esperante GTLM. In fact, according to the Panoz company, it was the first Esperante ever built. It was named Tallulah, after Dempsey’s daughter.

dempsey-panoz.jpg

I remember thinking it would be cool to somehow buy his car one day. But I didn’t worry about it. I mentally set my intention and let it go. I had no attachment to it at all. None.

The other day I got my daily eBay alerts for the topics I’m interested in (such as Panoz, P.T. Barnum, Steve Reeves, Joe Vitale, John Scarne, Bugatti Veyron, etc). To my surprise, Patrick Dempsey’s hand-made one-of-kind Panoz sports car was listed for sale.

panoz-patrick-dempsey.jpg

Please note that I did not go looking for that car. I let it come to me. But when it did, I took action and bid on it. I now own it. I’ll be picking it up next week in Chicago.

The same thing happened when I stumbled across Steven Tyler’s rare Panoz AIV Roadster. I’m of course aware of the Aerosmith singer, but never thought I’d actually find or buy his collectible car. Well, I did.

steven-tyler-panoz.jpg

And almost the very same thing happened when I learned that the 1976 Jaguar XJS owned by famous bodybuilder and actor Steve Reeves (Hercules) was available. It wasn’t listed on eBay, but I found it while browsing a website about Reeves. I couldn’t believe it was for sale. I bought it for a fair price, invested a lot of money to repair and restore it, and now proudly own it.

steve-reeves-76jag.jpg

But remember, this post isn’t about buying or collecting cars; it’s about attracting what you want with intent, detachment, and action.

In fact, the more detached you are, the better for attracting results.

For example, when I was in San Diego last September for my Miracles Weekend event, I went to a luxury car dealership to see a Bugatti Veyron, probably the fastest and most expensive car yet made. I loved the car but didn’t want to spend over a million dollars for it.

While there, I saw a 2008 Rolls-Royce Phantom. I had no conscious intent to buy the Rolls, but did (and did on the day the stock market dropped the most number of points in recent history). As a result of spontaneously buying that car, with no need or attachment, I created a whole new business: the Rolls-Royce Phantom Mastermind.

joe-smaller-new.jpg

If you study this post, you’ll see some key elements at play in making the Law of Attraction work for you:

1. State what you want.

2. Release any need for it.

3. Take action on the opportunities you spot.

Again, attracting a new car isn’t the goal but only the demonstration of how this process works. If you think this is about attracting cars or “stuff”, then you’ve missed the point.

I could rationalize my car purchases as investments in a private collection (they are), or as rewards for milestones in my life (I just spoke to 15,000 in Peru), or explain that I intend to turn Dempsey’s car into a hydrogen-hybrid (by fitting it with Ronn Motors’s H2GO system, like the one used in their amazing exotic sports car, the Scorpion).

joe_scorpion-smaller.JPG

But the larger lesson is these cars illustrate how the Law of Attraction works. For you it may not be attracting cars but something completely different. Attract whatever you want. It doesn’t matter. It shouldn’t matter. I’m challenging you to make the LOA process conscious – and to enjoy the ride as you do.

Finally, I confess that I had doubts and second thoughts before actually placing the winning bid for Dempsey’s car.  That’s the nature of our monkey mind. But then I remembered a key principle in my course, The Secret to Attracting Money. secret-attract-money.jpg

It’s the principle I coined “Prosperous Purchasing“.

Prosperous Purchasing means this: when the product or service is there, and your desire is there, and the money is there, then buy.

Why?

When you buy under those circumstances — Please note I’m not advising you to go into debt or spend recklessly — you send a psychological message of self-worth to yourself, and you join the abundant flow of the universe.

In short, spending under those conditions will increase your prosperity.

Because I now own Patrick Dempsey’s sports car — due to the Law of Attraction, the Law of Right Action, and the Law of Prosperous Purchasing — I expect to achieve even greater wealth, success, and happiness.*

And that’s yet another secret to attracting what you want: your expectations lead to your results.

As the title of my most recent book says, Expect Miracles.

expect-miracles.jpg

What do you expect?

Ao Akua,

Joe

The Secret in Machu Picchu, Peru

Machu Picchu, Peru is home to the lost city of the Incas and is no longer a secret.

I went there for a visit after revealing The Secret in Lima, Peru to a Super Bowl sized crowd of Peruvians who are ready for better lives.

What a trip it was, too.

Lima, Peru is a mega-city of 7,000,000 people. They are hard-working and wanting more. The arrival of Bob Proctor and myself was the talk of the city. I did back to back interviews upon my arrival with local newspapers and television stations. One station even sent two reporters from Lima to my home in Texas to interview me before I ever got to Peru. That story ran on national Peruvian open television a few days before the event.

billboard.jpg

I’m not used to having a translator, a body guard, or an entourage. Or seeing billboards of my face around the city. But I had it all in Lima. There was even a police escort to the stadium where I spoke. I delivered part of my presentation in Spanish, which the crowd loved. It was the largest live crowd I’ve ever spoken to, with an estimated 15,000 people in attendance.

After that we went to Cusco, then on to Machu Picchu.  There’s no way to describe any of Peru. You go from stark poverty to spectacular nature. You go from urban construction to ancient lost cities in the jungle. I loved the Cusco square, where there is lots of shopping.

macchu-piccu.jpg But I also loved Macchu Picchu, which is breathtaking in scope, history and mystery.

In my travels in Peru I discovered Pisco, the national high-octane brandy that will kick your butt, a hand carved Ram horn that just might awaken the dead (only good spirits) when I blow through it, Peruvian cigars (as well as new Cuban cigars), and copies of my own books in Spanish, such as El Poder de la Attraccion.

My traveling companions, Mark Ryan and Rick Barrett, took hours of film and hundreds of photos. I’ll share them with you soon.

traveling-buds.jpg

For now, don’t overlook Peru in your travel plans. There’s rich history there and people you will love.

Their secret is out.

Ao Akua,

Joe Vitale

PS – I know the pictures aren’t the clearest (left click on any image to enlarge it) but keep in mind they were all taken with my old Blackberry Curve in Peru. In fact, my Blackberry with AT&T service was the only phone that worked throughout Peru. I was letting my traveling buds use it to call back home, and I used it to Twitter, check email, and even handle customer support from the top of Macchu Picchu. (!)

PPS – Peru has already invited me back. I’m told the country is ready to go beyond the Law of Attraction and learn Zero Limits next. Any country that has Macchu Picchu as a treasure must be open for more secrets. I’m ready to return to Peru on a moment’s notice. We can exchange secrets.  Mi encanta su pais!

Hydrogen Powered Sport Car with Sting

Hydrogen powered cars, or any sports cars with a hydrogen generator, and any new electric cars, are going to make the news. That’s because our current interest is in saving fuel, dropping emissions, and going green. That’s good, but the thing is, people aren’t thinking this through.

For example, electric cars are of high interest right now. Yet batteries are made by digging into the earth, shipping ore overseas, making product in other countries, shipping it back, and then dealing with environmental issues when you are done and have to dump the dead batteries someplace.

They also aren’t reliable, are very expensive, and weigh a ton. Driving an electric is even potentially dangerous, as you can’t hear them. A friend saw the Tesla all-electric sports car being driven and said it was the fastest golf cart ever.

I love that people are looking for solutions, but electric cars aren’t there yet. A better and more immediate remedy is a hydrogen-gas hybrid. While hydrogen only cars aren’t practical right now, a hydrogen-gas hybrid car is.

This is a car that has a hydrogen generator right under the hood. No need to fill up with hydrogen. Just start the car and it starts making hydrogen fuel. In this way you can save gas, save the environment, bring emissions down to almost zero, stay safe and even look cool, too.

Who has such a dream car?

joe_scorpion-smaller.JPG

Well, I will, soon. But right now the company building it is Ronn Motors outside of Austin, Texas. They invented the coolest super green sports car on the planet called The Scorpion. That’s it in the picture with me. (Photo by Brian Fitzsimmons.)

But this is actually a story about the Law of Attraction more than it is a story about green cars.

Ronn Maxwell, the company founder, attracted the idea for the car one night over dinner.  He knew the problems with electrics, the need for something now with near-zero emissions, etc. He opened his mind, received what I’ll call Divine Inspiration, and then took action.

Within a few months he built the prototype.  Shortly after that he was on and in national magazines, showing the car at automobile shows, debuting it last November at SEMA in Las Vegas, and having celebrities place orders for it. I placed an order on the spot and will have the third car they make, due any day now.

Discovery Channel television will air a special on the Scorpion in October. You’ll be able to see me in it driving the car at record speed on an airport runway while I hooped and hollered and loved it. I’ve driven millions of dollars worth of sports cars but the Scorpion stands head and shoulders above them all. It’s fast, cool, and green. I’ve never seen or driven anything like it before, and I have a cool car collection.

But Ronn Motors isn’t focused on making Scorpions and selling them. Instead, their car is a head turner to get you to ask what’s under the hood. When you do, they tell you about their H2GO tm system – a system that can be placed on the engine of virtually any car, making it a hydrogen-gas hybrid on the spot. That’s what they want to sell.

Again, you can attract anything you want when you focus on manifesting from the inside out. There are no limits – not even when it comes to solving environmental challenges like creating a car that is earth friendly yet oh so cool to drive.

Ao Akua,

joe
Joe Vitale

PS — If you’re interested in hydrogen powered cars, an on-board hydrogen generator inside cars, or green sports cars, go see The Scorpion. The company is also on the stock exchange (symbol RNNM). If I were you, I’d invest in them.

The Secret Book

Many people don’t know The Secret book came after The Secret movie.  Doesn’t matter to me how anyone learns about the law of attraction (LOA), but I’d prefer that people really learn it. All the book or movie does is introduce LOA to you. That’s it. There’s much more to the topic.

For example, people are still confused when they think they are using LOA but don’t get the results they want. Truth is, LOA is bringing them exactly what they think — but not consciously. It all happens un-consciously.

If you’ve been studying psychology or neuroscience, or read my book Zero Limits, you already know the unconscious mind is driving us. In many ways, we’re just puppets. Our conscious mind thinks it’s pulling the strings. Nope. That’s how we deceive ourselves.

Take money.

Many people don’t yet realize they are experiencing lack because of their hidden beliefs about money. Thinking money is evil, or bad, or that rich people are greedy or corrupt, is not only the very reason you attract scarcity, it’s also why you don’t even realize your beliefs are the actual problem.

I’ve been doing my best to awaken people to the good you can do when you have money. I’m able to help myself and others, contribute to causes I believe in, give away money to complete strangers, and even start movements of my own — all because I cleaned up my unconscious beliefs about money.

When you get right down to it, money is spiritual. There’s no reason it can’t be seen as pure energy except for our attitudes about it. We project so much negativity onto money and never see it’s actually a tool for good. No wonder so many can’t attract money. Deep down they don’t really want it. After all, if you think it’s evil or bad, would you really want it in your life?

I talk about all of this and more in my bestselling course, The Secret to Attracting Money. If you want to learn a spiritual and yet practical approach to attracting money, check out that audio program. secret-attract-money.jpg

And if you want hands-on coaching to help you through the maze of beliefs operating your life, consider my new and improved Joe Vitale’s Miracles Coaching. It’s the number one best way to get results fast.

Meanwhile, know that what you attract is not due to your conscious mind, but to your un-conscious mind.

Your job is to awaken.
