I’ve had the hardback and Audible versions on pre-order from Amazon for some time. I just saw that the Kindle version is already available, so I’ve just bought and downloaded that.

I have to agree with Michael Kidzinski above. For me, you’re one of the best writers and teachers around on the subject. You make it so much easier to understand than most of the others, because you’ve been there and done it. It’s a case of “Those who can, do. And they can teach it better *because* they’ve done it.” You know the pitfalls and hurdles we all have to face, and you show us how and encourage us to deal with them.
