Contesting: The Helene Hadsell Story

helene-portrait2.jpg Decades ago Helene Hadsell wrote Contesting: The Name It and Claim It Game, the best book ever written on using mind power to win contests and get lucky.

That book changed my life, as well as the lives of about 3,000,000 others. Unfortunately, the book went out of print and Helene dropped from the spotlight.

But I found Helene in 2007, talked to her, and wrote about her here on my blog. My post caused Helene to sell-out of the few remaining copies of her famous book, get bombarded with about 1,000 emails, and have to hire her kids to help run her now exploding business.

Helene didn’t stop working, or writing, or anything else, though. She’s 84-years old and as alive as a teenager drinking too much Mountain Dew.

Her recent adventure was to permit herself to be filmed, and interviewed, for a giant course on her 4-step secret for winning contests and attracting health and wealth. It’s called The Winning Sage. It’s at www.thewinningsage.com/?m=49c0e2f990cd8

Helene is fascinating. She personally knew many of the great teachers of the New Thought Movement, from prolific prosperity author Joseph The Power of Your Subconscious Mind Murphy to Silva Mind Control creator Jose Silva to the mystical founder of Eckanker, Paul Twitchell.

Helene is delightfully fearless. She calls it the way she sees it, even if what she sees is invisible.

She told me I was a monk in a past life who spent too much time “monking” around.

I guess that meant I got tired of being celibate.

She says we knew each other then.

Hmmmmmm.

Anyway, back to the real world…

The Winning Sage includes Helene’s famous book, Contesting (this alone is priceless), as well as a great deal of information about her you’ll not find anywhere else (including a documentary about her).

For me, this is the most exciting course I’ve seen in maybe decades on how to get lucky, use your mind, implement the Law of Attraction, and much more. It’s incredible.

Plus, Helene is a real live wire – a complete joy to watch, read, and listen to.

I find people above there 60s and still kicking hard so inspiring! Personally I don’t understand retirement. I heard from Zig Ziglar that the only time it was mentioned in the bible was as punishment, and that where retirement became a mainstream ideal was in the 1800s. It was when the ruler, Bismark of Germany realized that all his potential competition was over something like 60 years old (and he was younger), and so with a stroke of a pen he set the ‘retirement age’ to be around there. Somehow the entire world caught on thinking that this was a positive thing, and everyone should be able to retire.

Me? I’m going until I die!

I met a man at Alex Mandossian’s Teleseminarian Reunion who is 83 years old, on a cane, and running teleseminars and is completely technologically savvy! Blew my mind.

I was fortunate to know Paul Twitchell too. I met him in 1969 joined ECKANKAR, and am still involved 40 years later. He truly changed my life forever.
BTW, notice the spelling of ECKANKAR.

I met this man who told me that they needed to add ages to a treadmill where they show heart rate. He was 94. Another cool ole guy named Hershel,85 used to go to Vegas and blow 200,000 a pop, he was having fun. He owned property along sunset blvd. One time he had cancer surgery and then he went on a cruise. he had a heart attack and had to be flown to the states to have open heart surgery. I think it was a quadrupal bypass. He lived that ole sunufa gun. I was also reading an obituary last week and this man was 100. he attested his longevity, and you’re going to like this, to good cigars, good liquor and young women!!! Your lucky cause you are!!!

    Hi Joe,

Thank you for all the materials you have written and made! I have several of you books and also listened to your last two CDs recordings with Nightingal-Conant.

Now I am wanting to invest in either Zero-Limit’s workshop Audio (with you and Dr Hew Len) or your Awakening download course. If you where to recommend one over another to study 1st, which one would it be? Hope you read this and that you’re able to answer me. Thank you, I love you. 😀

    I Love you and life,

    Mary Madeline

P.S. Started to use Ho’oponopono with my EFT work and a new healing modality called Emotional Sound Technique; using tuning fork and crystal (rose) on the meridian points while I also do Ho’oponopono. My clients, friends and family are having amazing results (immediate) with this last modailty. Thank you Thank you Thank you Joe Vitale for the fantabulous person you are!

I always come to your blog at the right times. I have taken up entering contests and sweepstakes for several months now. I have won several prizes and would love to win a large sum of cash to help make my life a lot easier. I will look into this book.

I love Helene. I was lucky enough to spend 4 days with her. Her ability to manifest anything she wants in life, not just prizes is amazing! I learned so much from her. I even used her techniques to manifest a specific prize for myself (a week long trip to London England – http://www.contestqueen.com/fromthe/2008/11/07/pussy-cat-pussy-cat-where-have-you-been/) I highly recommend her book!!

I am trying to make a living at the casino. With Helene’s principals, I do believe it is possible. Just from reading her material and evolving consciously as I absorb more information daily and expand the boundaries, I am feeling anything is possible. I have been playing for the past few months and have been winning and losing. I am definately well above winning than losing but I am still seeking to evolve to the point that any time I want to win I can walk into a casino and just take money, including jackpots on command. Has anyone else tried this?
