Happy Birthday Dr. Vitale! I wish I could be there at Lola’s and Mike’s to celebrate your birthday. I’ll be in Houston on the 29th, and will probably return to Lubbock after the first of the year. Send my regards to all!

I don’t know how I came across Lola Jones but I checked into her website and she has some great stuff to offer people. Very impressive. I am thinking of getting her book. I have been doing personal refection with “Entering the Castle” by Caroline Myss, so this effortless approach is challenging my personal paradigms to say the least. She seems like a great lady with an enormous gift to bestow others. You must have some wild times at parties. I am looking forward to the Chinese New year and hanging out with the Taoist community and having a steamboat. That’s about as wild as I get. Anyway have fun!
