How can you learn to instantly manifest what you want?
How can you speed up the Law of Attraction?
How can you attract miracles today?
It all begins by looking at this moment. That’s right, the one you’re in right now as you read this.
How’d you get here?
In other words, what did you think, feel, and do that created this moment?
Your answers will help reveal the secret to instant manifestation.
Most people manifest by default. Everything they get is largely because they live as a robot and let their programming guide them through life. There’s no blame or guilt in this. It’s stage one of awakening, meaning they’ve been living as a victim. Now it’s time to go to stage two.
Stage two is Empowerment. It’s where you begin to consciously use your given but latent powers to direct where you prefer to go and what you prefer to manifest. This power is your birthright. You simply haven’t used it before now, at least not with any consistency or awareness.
Again, how did you create this moment?
Most likely you have the same thoughts and behaviors today that you did yesterday, and the day before that. As a result, you’re getting pretty much the same old, same old. Nothing wrong with that — unless you want a change.
I believe you can live a life of miracles. But to get there you may have to make a few changes. For example.
So far, so good.
But how do you do both?
And how do you implement them to create a world where you can practice instant manifestation or at least accelerate your results?
Here’s part of the secret —
First: Becoming aware of your thoughts isn’t enough. It’s only a start. You have to train your thoughts to be positive. This requires a new habit. It’s not impossible. Habits are made all the time. Your life right now is based on old habits. So you know how to create habits. The trick here is you’ll have to consciously create a new one.
Second: Taking new actions will require a tiny bit of effort, only because it’s a breeze to keep the old habit going. Changing it means turning and moving in a new direction. You can do it. Anyone can. You’ve just been driving down a one-way street and it’s time to make a right turn. Hit the brakes and look where you want to go next. Now turn.
Let me explain.
You already know how to instantly manifest what you want. What you have is what you wanted. How you manifested this moment is the secret to instant manifestation. Become conscious of the process already at work and you can redirect what you’re doing to consciously manifest what you prefer.
With me?
Whether you are or not, keep reading.
In general, what you thought about, with focus and emotion, three days ago, is coming your way today.
Knowing this, it’s time to look at what you’re thinking and feeling right now.
So let’s experiment.
Say you want to manifest more sales. (You can use anything as an example, of course. But we need to do something believable (based on your current belief system) and measurable (so you have evidence this works). We’re still focusing on the three day rule, but in time you can narrow that down so you can “instantly” manifest what you want.)
When you think about manifesting more sales, what comes to mind?
In short, are your thoughts positive or negative?
When you feel the idea of more sales, how’s it feel?
In short, are you feeling excited or uncertain?
Again, your thoughts and feelings are what trigger what you attract. You probably already know that.
But it’s not quite that simple.
For one thing, it’s not what you consciously think that matters; it’s what you un-consciously think.
You can think “I’m attracting love” all day but if you unconsciously don’t feel lovable, you’ll block the attraction.
You can think “I’m attracting money” all you want, too, but you won’t attract much if you unconsciously believe “Money is the root of all evil.”
Instead, you’ll in fact attract matches to your un-conscious beliefs.
Obviously, you need to get clear of those hidden blocks to streamline your manifestations.
But how?
Behaviors are driven by thought. The thoughts may be so automatic that you no longer notice them. But thoughts lead to behavior.
At some point you decided the behavior was good for you, and you kept it. The thoughts behind the behavior, or even the decision, may be long gone.
So to change your results now, and part of what brings them is your behavior, and behavior is born from thought, then the place to work is within the world of thought.
Huh?
I’ll say it again, differently..
To change what you’re getting today will require you to change what you thought and did three days ago; since you can’t do that (yet), you must change what you think and do today; and since it all stems from thought, you must change your thinking right now.
Making sense?
Again, how do you do that?
Where do thoughts come from, anyway?
You can’t predict your next thought. Go ahead and try. I’ll wait….
Where did those thoughts come from?
They appear to just “arise” in your awareness.
You don’t make them; you receive them.
But where are they coming from?
They come from your programming.
They come from the mental nest of beliefs in your unconscious mind.
You’ve been wired to think a particular way from a wide variety of sources, including family, friends, schools, media, government, culture and more.
Most of it wasn’t intentional. You got programmed just like those before you. It’s robots programming robots. All the robots are doing the best they know how, based on their programming.
But it’s still programming.
So, at this point you should understand that you’ll have to change your programming in order to instantly manifest anything. After all, your belief system is giving you what you see.
Before I explain how to do just that — which will be in Part Two — I’d like to hear how you currently try to change your own programming. You can post your thoughts as comments below.
Ao Akua,
PS – Careful what you’re thinking. It will lead to the results you’re about to get next. What would be better than what you’re thinking right now?
If you want to attract money now, and do it super fast, then please as many people as possible.
How?
Focus entirely on them.
Here’s an example:
In Tim Ferriss’ new book, The 4-Hour Body, he offers pages of resources. One of them is for a company that will make nutrition bars for you based on your selection of ingredients; and you can name the bar, too. The company is You Bars.
I think this is brilliant.
I ordered a box of bars. They arrived, I tried it, and I loved them.
I of course told others. Word of mouth marketing kicks in fast when you’re pleased by a product.
Nerissa also ordered her own bars.
Why is this important?
This may be more of a marketing lesson than a Law of Attraction lesson, but here goes anyway:
Obviously, the entire focus of You Bars, Inc. is on you.
Years ago I had dinner with Louise Hay, bestselling author and one of the founders of the modern self-help movement. She said her secret to success was in serving as many people as possible. Her books have sold in the tens of millions worldwide.
Now keep in mind the lesson in this post: if you’re not as wealthy as you’d like to be, it may be because you’re not serving as many people as you could.
Are you?
Ao Akua,
PS –I’m not selling protein bars. Neither is Nerissa. I’m not an affiliate for You Bars. Neither is Nerissa. This post is just a reminder of how to attract money now by thinking more of others than yourself.
Note: If you take a minute to answer a brief survey for me, it will help me better serve you and you just might win an ipad. See https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/HSYGM23
Thank you.
I’ve had dinner a couple of times with Dr. Garland Landrith, a cutting-edge quantum field psychologist and energy healer, whose research was cited in the highly-acclaimed film, What the Bleep!? He’s a fascinating guy, and a deep thinker.
In one of our conversations he said thoughts and intentions were two different things.
This fascinated me, as it coincides with my own personal discoveries. I asked him to explain. He said —
“Intentions are the backdrop to your life, while thoughts come and go over that backdrop.”
This seemed uncannily similar to my own practice of having an intention (or inspiration) as I enter what I call the “white board,” and then releasing that intention as I sit in that space. Any thoughts are just clouds floating by. They aren’t needed or paid much attention to.
But Dr. Landrith has some refinements that I found powerful.
He went on to tell me that in his quantum meditations people could get results faster if they practiced three things:
This might not mean much to you until you realize Dr. Landrith has been involved in hundreds of scientific studies proving this new way of meditating and manifesting works.
The key seems to be this:
As we explored all this over dinner, we both agreed that intentions were not as important as we previously thought.
Yes, it’s good practice to want something benevolent as an intention, but it’s not essential.
By letting go into that background energy of life, and by keeping thoughts circulating around positive words and phrases, you naturally create an outcome for your highest good.
In other words, learning to make the paradigm shift to see the miracle of right now, enables you to stay in the flow of life where miracles are the norm.
When you’re there, who needs intentions?
We agreed that one of the best ways to get into that Divine Groove is with gratitude.
I’ve written about this many times and in many places. When you feel grateful for something, anything, in this moment, you alter the signal that comes out of this moment to attract more of the same vibe to match it in future moments.
In short, what you feel now tends to attract what you’ll be experiencing next.
Again, this part isn’t anything new, as it’s basic Law of Attraction, and it’s a gentle reminder to watch your thoughts. But the more you can get your thoughts to circulate around positive words and phrases — such as “yes, yes, yes” and “I love you” — the more you can upgrade your inner vibe to attract the miracles you seek.
But there’s also a little more to this secret:
Let your background intention be whatever you want to manifest, but let your thoughts be of the most elevated nature you can imagine.
See the difference?
Your intention is just a white canvas with a painting on it. The painting is what you would like to manifest. But your thoughts as you look at that painting need to be positive ones in general.
And your overall attitude is one of, “Not my will, but thine, be done.”
No pressure.
No deadline.
Of course, you still take action when you’re inspired to do so, but it’s not driven by a need to do so.
Dr. Landrith has a DVD worth looking at called Tap Into Bliss. It shows how to use EFT (tapping) with other modalities to remove obstacles and, as he puts it, “get high.” Good stuff.
He and I plan to host a small seminar on how to combine what he teaches with ho’oponopono. It’ll probably be in a few months in the Austin, Texas area. Stay tuned for details.
Meanwhile, look at the miracle of right now.
Pretty cool, isn’t it?
Ao Akua,
PS – I am not an affiliate for any of Dr. Landrith’s products.
Recently singer Daniel Barrett of the Austin band Porterdavis came to my home for my weekly pre-production session for my forthcoming album of original music. As he walked up the stairs into my recording studio area, I started congratulating him on something he hadn’t done yet.
“Dan, it was great to see your book on the New York Times bestseller list. I felt proud to know I was a part of that process. And I’m thrilled to see that you can still make time for our lessons with all the media requests and offers you’re getting since your book hit it big time. “
Dan stood at the top of my stairs and took in what I was saying. I was using his own process on him. He was letting it sink in. He knew he hadn’t written his book yet. But he also knew I was speaking from the future, and reporting back to him what had happened.
“The reviews say your book is a breakthrough in creativity and has implications for quantum realities. Your millions of readers are loving your new process. And I loved seeing you on national television talking about it all.”
Dan introduced me to his Remembering Process at a recent lesson. I was struggling with writing my first songs. Dan said, “It’s easier to remember than to create.”
“It’s easier to remember than to create.”
He invited me to start trying to remember what my first song was all about. How it sounded. The lyrics. The melody. The chords. He wasn’t asking me to create it; he was asking me to remember it.
I started to get high on this fun process. I told Dan it felt like an advanced form of Nevillizing. In my book The Attractor Factor I invited readers to “Nevillize” a goal by pretending it had already happened. It’s what Neville Goddard taught. It’s a powerful way to implant a goal into your being.
But Dan’s “remembering” process was as if you had gone way off into the future, way past the completion of the goal, and you were now trying to remember how you accomplished it.
The first time Dan taught me his method, I couldn’t stop doing it. Our entire conversation was around, “I remember that my first song had this cool guitar lick in it.”
I’d then play the guitar lick.
I’d then stop and wonder what was next in the song.
Dan would say, “What do you remember being next?”
Obviously, there was no actual song in that moment,* yet because I was trying to remember one from the future, it egged me to be creative in a playful, curious, fun way.
And yes, I did write that first song.
And yes, it has some catchy guitar licks and hypnotic lyrics.
And yes, I loved the process of creating by remembering.
Dan is writing a book about his method. He has to, since I saw it in his future and told him I remembered it being a bestseller.
Meanwhile, I asked him to explain The Remembering Process for you. Here’s what he emailed to me:
“This process is akin to visualization. The only drawback of visualization is that once you start connecting to universal time, visualizing can almost take something “out of” your field. Wanting it suggests that you might not get it. Remembering it affirms that somewhere in the time space continuum you have had this thing for years. Eons. Really, forever since those measurements are pretty arbitrary when placed next to the other model of time.”
I explained this process to singer Sarah Marie and then demonstrated it by saying, ” I remember hearing you received an advance of one million dollars for your next music CD.”
Being a quick study, Sarah smiled and said, “Actually, it was for 1.2 million dollars.”
This blog post is the very first public sharing of this new secret to attracting what you want. Dan gave me permission to share this with you.
I suggest you play with this.
Whatever your next goal or intention happens to be, imagine it’s done and you’re way past it in time.
What you do next is remember the thrill of accomplishing it.
And from there you can play with remembering how you accomplished it.
In another email, Dan added this thought to help explain the Remembering Process:
“They say that Michelangelo felt he ‘freed’ the David from the stone. Somewhere in the time/space continuum, that sculpture was complete and finished. He remembered the form, and allowed it to enter it’s new life.”
I remember how much you loved this process.
I remember that you used the process a lot, and bought Dan’s book when it came out, and loved it.
Remember?
Ao Akua,
PS – Daniel is in the award-winning band Porterdavis. I remember you checked them out and loved their music, too.
* Or was there?
Tom Moore wrote a couple of cool books that are helping me fine-tune my intentions these days.
The Gentle Way and The Gentle Way II are “self-help guides for those who believe in angels.”
I love the niche of the titles: if you don’t believe in angels, pass up these books. But I don’t think believing in angels is crucial to using the method Moore describes.
In short, he suggests that you ask for a “benevolent outcome” for whatever you are about to do or request.
For example, I might say, “I ask for the most benevolent outcome in writing this blog post.”
Or you might say, “I ask for the most benevolent outcome in meeting with my potential new employer.”
There are many ways to word these requests, but basically the phrase “benevolent outcome” is key.
“Benevolent” means, in my own words, highest good. So you’re asking for the highest possible good to come out of whatever you are doing or requesting. (My favorite word is “benestrophe” which is many good things happening at once; the opposite of a catastrophe.)
When you’re asking for a benevolent outcome, you’re releasing your ego’s need to control the result. Yes, you still want what you request, but you’re open to something better.
There’s a freedom in using this method to set intentions. Too many requests are based in fear and desperation. Bad move. The energy hiding in such a request will either block your desired outcome or bring you something to match the feeling of desperation and fear. You don’t want either.
I wrote in my book The Attractor Factor, and in many other places, that you can have virtually whatever you want, as long as you don’t need it.
The key word is need. When you need something, you are putting life and death stress on your request.
Instead, state your request with the disclaimer that you are open to the best possible outcome, which may be something you don’t see right now. The ego has blinders. The Divine does not.
The beauty of the method Moore describes is you get to make your request and remain open to something better.
Moore wants you to ask these requests of your guardian angels. I’m all for it. I’ve been doing it just that way, too. But if angels are a stretch for you, consider that you are making the requests of your unconscious, wiser, higher, deeper mind. Either way, you get the benefit.
Here are tips from Moore on how to make these requests:
Request the Benevolent Outcomes out loud, whisper, or in writing.
Start with easy requests for immediate feedback.
Be very specific with your request.
Make requesting Benevolent Outcomes a habit.
Requesting a Benevolent Outcome with emotion and feeling reinforces the request.
Don’t be afraid to ask for the impossible.
You can request that the outcome be even more than you can expect or imagine.
Thank your Guardian Angel for fulfilling your request.
Experiment with benevolent outcomes today. Before your next call, or email, or visit, or anything, ask “I request the most benevolent outcome for…”
I am experimenting with being very specific while still letting go of attachment.
For example, I might state, “I request the most benevolent outcome with my writing songs that inspire and are fun and hit the Billboard charts.”
Moore’s books are breezy reads. They are great places to learn more about the specifics of this easy method, and to see countless examples of them in use from people like you and me. I recommend them.
Ao Akua,
