I love movies.
But not just any movies.
They need to be ones that inspire me, entertain me, even change me.
I long to find movies that are riveting to watch, yet also work on me on the inside, causing positive changes in my life.
The movie Back to the Future was one such movie.
I remember watching it and realizing that what I do right now will cause a ripple in time and influence the future me, as well as all the people I’ll touch in the future.
That movie made me realize that I need to be fully aware of my actions right NOW, as it’s those very actions that will create my future.
Movies that change you are being made all the time.
The other night we saw the movie Once.
It’s about an Irish guitar singer-songwriter who meets a woman who awakens his dream to create a demo of his music.
The original songs in the movie made me feel the passion for life and living we all need to express every day.
There are numerous movies that have inspiring messages. They include such greats as SeaBiscuit, It’s A Wonderful Life, Quiz Show, The Man Who Would Be King, The Natural, and so many more.
Why am I writing to you today talking about movies that change you?
Because I’m inviting you to make a new decision today.
A decision about watching what you do today — to be aware of your choices and even more aware of your decisions — and to live each moment with passion and purpose.
When you and I both come from that place of core strength and spirit, we create a world that works.
So I’m asking you to —
Consider the moment.
Consider your choices.
And come from power and passion.
That’s it.
Ao Akua,
PS — Speaking of movies…This new one may be the best of all. Beyond Belief reveals how you are attracting everything you have — by explaining the *hidden factor* operating in your life. The movie just came out on DVD. You’ll want it. Go watch the trailer for the movie and get more details over at — http://www.1shoppingcart.com/app/?Clk=3434472
PPS – Yes, I’m in the movie. But don’t let that stop you from watching it. 🙂
Not since The Secret’s release two and half years ago has there been so much buzz for a new movie coming out in the human-potential, self-help field. The one causing all the stir right now is called The Compass.
I flew to LA to see the world premier of The Compass last Sunday night. A crowd of excited people were there, as were celebrities, the media, and more.
The executive producer of the film, John Spencer Ellis, made us wait for the film by having a rock band play, making announcements, and offering everyone plenty of food and drink. Since I’m in training and strictly watching my food intake, all I wanted to see was the film.
Once the movie began, you knew you were in for a treat. The production value of The Compass is tops. The soundtrack is original music that I’ll want the CD of. The acting by the lead character is riveting. And the experts throughout the film — from John Assaraf, Brian Tracy, Les Brown, Tammy Kling, and Marie Diamond to, well, me — all have wise things to stay.
There are several unforgettable moments in the movie. I won’t spoil it for you by telling you what they are, but rest assured you’ll watch and you will remember.
I strongly encourage you to see The Compass. This is the kind of movie we need more of, to feed our brain and our soul with life-affirming thoughts and energy. It’s far more practical than The Secret, but still feels good, too.
It’s shipping on DVD today. Go here to order it right now: http://TheCompass.tv/iDevAffiliate/idevaffiliate.php?id=138

PS – Above blurred pic was taken at the premier in Anaheim. At the table with me (I’m bottom far right corner) are online hypnosis expert Wendi Friesen, author/healer Jennifer McLean, PGA pro Robb Nunn, and Vegas stage hypnotist Scott Lewis. They all loved The Compass, too.
I’ve been filmed for seven movies so far. The latest is called The Compass. It promises to be as big or bigger than The Secret.
The man behind The Compass is an iron man fitness expert with the largest chain of bootcamp fitness clubs in the world. His name is John Spencer Ellis.
Twelve weeks ago John woke up and decided to make a movie.
Twelve weeks ago.
Today he’s filmed almost everyone he wants in the film, has the funding, the people, and the marketing in place, and is planning to shake the earth with his film when it’s released next February.
People in his film inclue Brian Tracy, Dr. Topher Morrison, John Assaraf, Kelli Calabrese, Debbie Allen, Dr. John Demartini, Al & Marilyn Sargent, Tim Ralston, Jim Strohecker, Tammy Kling, Tony Jeary, Dr. Robi Ludwig, Kelli Ellis, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Ona Brown, Burton Roberts, Charlie Gay, Les Brown, Marilyn Tam, Jerry Conti, Diana Jennings, Erich Schiffmann, and Marie Diamond.
This is a guy who got inspired and took action.
It’s a key secret to success.
What have you been inspired to do?
Are you doing it?
Why not begin right now?

PS — The starlet with me is Tammy Kling, one of the few people I’ve met who is, like me, a true bookaholic. Tammy is the author of numerous books, runs The Writers Group, and is one of the other people featured in The Compass. Go to The Compass Website and sign up for an email alert when the movie comes out. You’ll love it.

The movie The Leap will come out later this year or early next, but you can see the first trailer for it right now by going to http://youtube.com/watch?v=PCQZ4xJuTWg or by clicking on the below image. I’m in it, with many other teachers. We all question if reality is an illusion, and invite you to take the leap beyond it. Take a look.
I’ve been waiting since last July — almost an entire year — for the release of Transformation, the documentary about est founder Werner Erhard.
It’s finally out and I finally saw it.
It’s riveting, inspiring, and unforgettable.
Seeing the old clips of Werner delivering est trainings in the 1970s, hearing him today, getting the inside story on how the media exploited him, was eye-opening.
I’m pleased to see Werner is still around and still awakening people.
He’s still ruthless in confronting people about forgiving the past, taking full responsibility for life, and taking a stand for something in the world.
That’s his mission and his calling, and he’s still walking his talk.
My biggest problem with the guy was he never smiled. Virtually all enlightened teachers smile.
At the end of this terrific film, as the credits are rolling, Werner says “There’s something great sitting in your chair,” and he smiles a little as he reflects on that exciting idea.
Get this movie.

And remember, there’s something great sitting in your chair.

PS — Werner sold the rights to his est trainings to Landmark Education, which continues his work without his involvement through a course called The Forum. I’ve taken it. So has Nerissa. So have most of my Miracles Coaches. Check it out, too. www.landmarkeducation.com
