With the New Year rapidly approaching, you may be thinking what is the best way to get in shape?

I’m going to let you in on a little secret.

My trainer, Scott York, wants your body.

Scott has the ability to train you “online” using a state of the art training system.

It’s affordable; it’s convenient.

You’ll get more energy, build muscle, lose fat and become more productive in your business.

Don’t have equipment?

No problem.

Scott can design fat-burning programs for you to do at home, or even while you travel, with little to no equipment.

For over a year I have been using Scott’s program. Every evening he emails my workout to me.

It’s easy to follow because a little figure in the email comes to life and demonstrates exactly how to do the exercise.

All I do next is get up in the morning and just do it.

And if I have any questions, I simply send an email to Scott. He replies by email and I’m all set to keep rocking and rolling toward my fitness goals.

I still meet with Scott once a week in my gym, but because I travel so much, often weeks go by with me doing nothing but the workouts he sends me by email.

So this is truly coaching-by-email.

Scott can only accept a handful of clients into this program, because of the personal service he gives.

Email Scott at [email protected] for more info and to see a free demo of this state of the art online training program.

Go for it!

Joe

Joe, I want your trainer’s body! Scott is in great shape.

As a participant in the 2006-2007 http://www.yourbusinessbody.com challenge, I achieved (under your and Scott’s DVD coaching) the most phenomenal changes over the course of a year.

Not only did my business increase over 920%, but I dropped about 20 lbs, and packed on 15 lbs of lean muscle.

What I truly love about Scott, is his “Straight Truth” manner of giving advice. He shared what works, what doesn’t work, and dispels a lot of myths about supplementation, what it really takes to achieve transformation and change, and more.

All that, and he’s one of the most sincere, caring people I’ve ever had the opportunity to talk with!

Nice endorsement, Joe, and well deserved Scott!

    Best,
    David Rachford

The on-line program Scott uses is a wonderful tool that I also have in my arsenal, and am going to include with my e-book (soon to be released).

I truly think its awesome that he’s able to stay in touch with you via email AND you get a great workout at the same time!

Joe, I would love to have a personal trainer, at this juncture of my financial life I must focus on action and training myself for online biz and so I think I will be my own task master on both counts. 😕 Fortunately I only have a little toning up to do on the physical, the online biz has come much more difficultly. So I hope you don’t think badly for what I am about to do….you are a marketer after all, a very special one too.

I have never considered hiring a personal trainer. I have always felt that I know know enough to get by but now I am considering it.
