teslar-wall-street-watch.gif vitale-watch1.jpg Your passion can take virtually any form and still lead to good money.

Take Larry Gardinier.

He’s a guy who wakes up in the morning and does what he loves all day: paint.

About a year ago I hired him to paint a stunning portrait of Francine, my 2005 Panoz Esperante GTLM exotic sports car.

A few weeks ago I hired him to paint a portrait of Francine on my favorite watch (a Teslar).

I never knew you could hire an artist to paint your car on the face of your watch.

Now that I have Steven Tyler’s 1998 Panoz AIV Roadster, I may have Larry paint it, as well.

Whatever you love can be turned into profit.

Larry is just one example.

His website is www.artracer.com

PS — The Teslar watch (which of course does not come with original art painted on the face of it) is at www.toolsforwellness.com/teslar-watches.html Just FYI.

    Dear Joe,

    This is a funny story.

Or maybe not such a funny story.

My father got me your book for my 41st birthday. My father is a dear–he is always following the latest spiritual trend I’m grateful, but I usually don’t read the books.

The first chapter of yours made me laugh. I’m a nurse in a level one surgical intensive care unit. I take care of some of the sickest patients anywhere. I was taking a two week break–we’ve had just about the saddest six weeks you can imagine. I can usually detach (sp?) and do my job, but it was really getting to me. Just for kicks, I took out my list of patients, all 18 of them, and ‘h’oponono’d” them, one by one. But you know, not really seriously. Sincerely, but without any real hope of success.

When I returned to my job Saturday-guess what.

    You probably already know.

We only had 7 patients left.

One of them, an anoxic head injury that had been refractory to all treatment, walked out. He apologized to all the nurses for being such a jerk and bought everybody Krispy Kremes. We never thought he would recover.

So–anyway, thought you would like the story. I’m going to keep concentrating on the remaining seven, and, if I’m out of a job, because everyone gets healthy,I’m sure your organization would be happy to see my resume.
    haha.
It occurs to me that, while hospitals are necessary, they are also places where sickness is expected, and I wonder how much patients really get helped from this.

    I love you, etc.

    Hey Joe,
20 years ago I was selling watches identical to the ones you’re showing on your blog. Except they were hand-painted with landscapes, seascapes etc.

Funny how it all comes round again?

    A bit like flares/bell-bottoms Eh?

    Dear Joe,

I received your book The Key yesterday and am loving it. It really makes me think about what I’ve been doing.

Great watch! If you’re interested in anything handmade go to etsy.com. You won’t believe all the creativity going on there. I attracted this site to sell my
    jewelry.

I make fine jewelry and hope to get my etsy site up and running by next week. I’ve been trying to get a website going for ever but ran into many obstacles. Etsy is so easy. All I have to do is take photos and upload them. They do all the
rest, which is great because I am really technically challenged.

Thank you for all your encouragement to make my dreams come true.

I love you. I’m sorry. Forgive me. thank you.

Ain’t it the truth; find what you love, find those who love it too, and market and monetize.

I just read about an incredible service for men who want a “trusted wingwoman” to get them introduced to a woman they want to meet.

Here’s an example of a problem as old as dating itself: getting believability and trust (and ultimately, introduced) to a woman you spot across the room. Get your “wingwoman” to promote you and get you introduced. We all know that if you’re with a nice woman (or man, if you’re a woman), other women will assume, and usually rightly, that you must be a nice guy.

    Voila, you’re in!

    Here’s the site: http://www.wingwoman.com

Thanks for your fantastic blog, Joe!
